Richard, an SC 13-G filing must be made by anybody holding more than 5% of a company's stock. So apparently the Prudent Bear Fund fits that category.

Since you got me to make the effort to look up CHIP's filings, I see they are almost a month late with their latest quarterly financial statement.

How long can it take to add up 0 revenue and a few thousand of expenditures?
