How did you come to conclusion that DELL is cheap here? On what basis is it cheap? Have you looked at its book value, forward P/E. Do you know that S&P's average P/E is at all time high at slightly less than 30. Do you believe that the P/E should be pushed higher without any significant earnings growth? Please explain your position, maybe I am wrong to thing that fundamentals count. When I buy lottery ticket the paper I get is not worth a dollar but that is what I have after the drawing. hmmm
