My great experience with ONSALE: Recently I ordered a refurbished HP computer from ONSALE. It shut down about 10x a day. I sent it back. Then I ordered a new Elite PC from them. It was advertised at ONSALE as having 2 serial ports. It only has 1 -- really f***ing me and my internet business over. So far, they won't even let me return it. All they will say is "this product is under warranty from Elite PC". Am I supposed to believe that Elite's warranty somehow covers Onsale's false advertising? I'm definitely thinking about selling my ONSL shares at this point. Very disappointed in the company. They've fallen a long way since I started using them in 1996.
