You might find my earlier posts about bank reserves to be of interest. I could be wrong, but it looks like someone is targeting bank loans that are related to stocks (as collateral) by this stealthy little move. It doesn't take much.

John, We didn't need his help to wreck the bond market. <g> The Fed is a reactionary policy maker. The market sets real rates and that is one factor of many that beckons the BK. MB
