A change in margin requirements would definitely send a large wrench into a rally, but that seems extreme.

I just came to the conclusion that two days of runups, a week that saw a 400 plus point gain on the DJIA, the last three days witnessing 0.49%, 1.34%, and 2.28% rises in the SP9H over the prior day suggested that the Long side would be choppy if the market wished to continue up and the rabid bullishness on the airways probably would make a Sell risky.

I have not completed anything as yet but my early guess would be a pullback Tuesday morning and then a Long trade.
