Barbara,

I'm talking about "illegal shorts". When a company goes out of business, the MMs do NOT have to give an accounting of the shares they sold (whether real or NOT real shares). The MMs are totally counting on the demise of the company so they will not have to report the "non-existent" shares they sold.

As we all know, the MMs are scrambling (and have been over the last month) at these low prices as they are (I believe) trying to get these shares in the open market now, so they will not have to when the price soars with PABN.

If there are normal shorts (vs. illegal short positions), that will just add to our enjoyment starting tomorrow at the opening bell (with PABN)...

PABN should be trading by the opening bell based on other ticker changes I have seen...
