ISpec is correct, although I always have to stop and think myself.

It's the Thursday of the week before the expiration of the contract. The contract may be traded through Thursday the 18th. Settlement is Cash based on Friday morning if I recall correctly.

I do not recall for certain about the Settlement as I never trade anything except the Front Month.

The March contract trades until expiration on March 19, but for traders, we move to trading the June contract on March 11.
