Whether officials sell 500K from their personal stash, give the 500K to promoters who sell them off on the runup, or just issue 500K more in the name of "growth," the effect is pretty much the same. Dilution. FAMH went from 20MM to 70MM shares issued without filing anything. The price just kept sliding without explanation. Buyer beware. Where's the audit, Jimmy? When is it due? (Did they even name an auditor?)
