I liked this line.

"The very encouraging results to date have prompted representatives from five major mining-and-exploration companies to visit the property, some as many as three times. They have concurred that La Ortiga demonstrates a high level of geological similarities to the Veladero deposit".

La Ortiga Drilling Underway...

FYI...

April 14, 1999

LA ORTIGA DRILLING UNDERWAY

A 1500m program of reverse-circulation drilling commenced on the Company's La Ortiga property. This initial drill program will consist of 8 holes, testing six initial targets within the Breccia and Silicified Zones.
As of April 12, 1999, DH#1 -- located in the property's Breccia Zone -- has been completed to a target depth of 280 metres at an angle of -70° and an azimuth of 030°. The hole was sampled in two-metre intervals with the entire hole being immediately shipped to I.T.S. Bondar Clegg, in Mendoza, Argentina, for preparation and analysis. A second sample split from each interval will be retained for future reference. The Breccia Zone is a Veladero-type target displaying marked geological similarities to the Veladero deposit being developed by Argentina Gold Corp.

DH#2 has been collared 260 metres southwest from the first target.
Like DH #1, this drill-hole is designed to test coincident geochemical
and geophysical anomalies.

The drill contractor is Patagonia Drill Mining Services, S. A., an
experienced firm that has worked on the nearby Lama and Veladero deposits. Field activities are being carried out by Coast Mountain Geological Ltd. Drill results will be released as they are received from the operator, Orko Gold Corp. As previously announced, Orko has the option to earn up to 60% interest in the project.
