Pat: Investors in Siemens and NN have no choice of derivatives regarding the various Depts. The shares of these Companies are traded on their holistic valuations. The relative prices of both these Companies are dictated exclusively by their total earnings/revenues.

We have ample proof in this quarter that NN is far more sensitive to any slow down in sales by the major partner in the Alliance. If there is a further decline in sales thru Siemens and that sales is not compensated for, NN will be mauled .Siemens will at worst be grazed lightly.

For the time being,Siemens has assured us that the Alliance is intact.I hope it means the sales percentage will either hold or improve.

Pat,

Good rebuttal. My thinking was more along the short term impact on the stock. But at the end of the day, the customer rules and Siemens has to deliver NN products into established NN ATM networks. That gives NN some security in their relationship.

Let's just say the relationship is important to both companies.

Cheers,

Peppe
