Affluence doesn't dictate that the child must be spoiled, but alot of these parents are so wrapped up in their own "things" that they don't pay much attention to their children. In any case, the kids that I referred to from the New York suburbs were not normal, but were extraordinarily narcissistic. I did not say that wealth corrupts, although it is probably a precondition for a certain kind of corruption. It is lame to accuse me of being "jealous" of the wealthy. Since you address none of my other points, I will leave it there.
