Vic, I agree with your comments in general - this Rozzi and Russo thing especially. But I also understand the psychology of start-ups and the dangers of being misled by outside people making promises.
I was encouraged by Mr. Gayle saying that they are pursuing the matter with NASD - that can only result in a positive for MRPS and may perhaps recoup some lost shares or money - maybe.

Actually the Rozzi and Russo thing sound more like a plot from Elmore Leonard of 'Get Shorty' fame :)

Vic, If Microphonics has a great product and the likes of GM is buying their products, why didn't he go to GM's financing arm? Either the product may not be flying off the shelf like they want everyone to believe or this Mr. Gayle has his head where the sun don't shine. Maybe both. Imagine this.
