It appears that in tech the leaders have made tops and are at risk of not surpassing those same tops as they have fallen off some since their recent peaks. Looking at INTC, CSCO, DELL, MSFT for example, all show a peak around Feb 1st. All are still below this peak.

There are bear corrections and there are bear markets. Are you speaking of a shorter term correction of say 10 - 30% in a few weeks to a month or two, or are you speaking of Mr. Bear (the downside of this 17 year bull run, when all but the most stalwart and stubborn baby boomers abandon the market in disgust and depression after a grinding painful gut-wrenching decline of thousands and thousands of DOW points <g>)?
