David I think we are all still here. Let me see if I can figure this out, please of course you should realize this is just a figment of my imagination. Please if I have left something out maybe someone could help...Lets say you have a company lets call it the peter g company, it owns 70 percent of the gucker company, PG company borrows some money from the gucker company, if pg company does not pay the debt back they have to give the gucker company a tract of land they own in say, Utah. PG company defaults on the debt.gucker now owns the land. While all of this is going on gucker decides to dilute itself by issuing 50 million new shares of itself. PG company seeing that this is a great deal votes yes on the dilution, therefore reducing its percentage in the gucker company by 60 percent. PG company then issues an amazing amount of press releases concerning the widget factory they are buildingI.E. widget financing, widget flagship, widget licensing agreements. While this is going on PG company then starts selling into the market millions of preferred shares it had issued to itself [to buy an unrelated ball bearing factory in NJ and a string of hot dog stands in NY] and selected stock holders, therefore taking the price of PG stock to .005. Now the CEO of PG company then gets an offer to work at the gucker company. He stands up walks to the door opens it, turns around locks it and crosses the hall to guckers office, where he now sits. With a couple of twists and turns sounds fool proof to me.
