Pls forget about the old PABN. It was a totally different company, de-listed in Dec '98. That left a symbol open. Just so happens old PRWT was assigned PABN's symbol today. PABN is now the old PRWT, absolutely no relation to the Pacific Co.

Every share of PRWT = one new share of PanAmBanc(PABN), remember, the old Pacific co(PABN) has nothing to do with the current PABN, nothing, nothing; We were just given its unused stock symbol.
