At least two other biggies saw ASPs decline 20% or more. Now wouldn't you also expect that ASPs will decline for direct sellers as well or are the markets so separate that one doesn't impact the other in your opinion?

To say such declines are retail-specific is rather silly because if the retailers have to lower prices then so do the ones who sell direct.

Do you think DELL's ASPs are going to stay above 2K next quarter?

Tim, True, but where do we find a reflection of corporate sales ASPs? Is it possible they didn't decline as much when sales growth in that area declined so much faster? Possibly, IMHO, but not likely.
