If I'm an INTU shareholder I definetely want CKFR to do well, so I have no doubt that they're on our team. But as an INTU shareholder, I want to get all the value that I can out of this contract. All they're saying is they want to leverage CKFR's success.

On the top of it CF could offer to merchants Quick Books as the preferred software.

Maybe that'll be part of the new arrangement. I have no problem with CKFR promoting INTU's products as long as it doesn't put CKFR at a competitive disadvantage. Are there objections on this point?
