Larry, I dumped a 100 March 150s I was holding at the close today at 12 1/2. Decided the next bit of time is a little too unpredictable especially if INTEL preannounces and spoils the March options expiry. Still hold some March 160s.
Got lots tied up in April calls. Planning to hold the options til about March 31 or earlier (maybe even next week--I might reduce my position). Plan to go into earnings with shares only. Not gonna get greedy this time.

Agree 100% on Dell. November was the first warning sign. Now it trades like a internet stock---something I don't feel comfortable about anyways. I used to go into Dell earnings run-up 100% in Dell options.

Best of Luck!

"still hold more than 8k shares and wrote March 160, 165, and 170 calls on those shares"

what do you plan to do about the options you wrote if the stock takes off prior to expiration?
