To all: This thread is taking on the characteristics of some truly amazing discussion, especially given its venue. It's as though I were sitting in an audience with generals and military strategists - waiting to hear how we will be able to best utilize (or not) a prospective new device in battle. That's a fair analogy, IMO. In this instance, the battle is the pursuit to stay one step ahead of the turnpike effect. It's truly fascinating to me to be witnessing this here, for both its scope and content. Continue to post your views. Thanks. Frank_C.
