Richard, I don't know anything about Prudent Bear Fund but from their name, it sounds like a fund that may place bets on the short side.

I wonder if you have to file if you have borrowed more than 5% of the shares. Maybe we should get Laser over here.

Richard, confirmed, Prudent Bear is a "short" fund. prudentbear.com

I am now assuming that borrowing more than 5% of a company's shares requires reporting to the SEC.
