Real info No. Not to be unfair or unreasonable, but this company has been traded publicly for over one year and has put out press releases about acquisitions, yet they have published no financial statements. Surely they know what their financial position is, no? Cash, assets, net worth, shares outstanding? Didn't their targets want to see what they were getting a piece of? They have filed nothing with the SEC, they have published no financial information in their press releases, and when I e-mailed this Daniel Bland several weeks ago asking for further information about the company (product info, financials, anything), I got no response. Telling me "all about it" over the phone just doesn't cut it. Not that any of this matters. It may never be shortable anyway. I'm just wondering how anyone can buy a stock with no concrete evidence that the company is anything more than an empty shell. Good luck, Bob
