The only info I take to the bank is (some)of what I read in official press releases or see with my own eyes. The rest is crap, good or bad.

Really? A lot of "if" in that statement. Perhaps you would care to elaborate how such testimony would be introduced and to what relevant point in what case it would be used, and why it would not be excluded as hearsay?
