ARC also can be leased for short term stuff such as providing Communication in natural disaster area like as in Honduras where the local communications system got wiped out, and can be deployed quickly, and the government of brazil has a mandate to provide communication for the Amazon region. Ground based System are no can do and the ARC is the only solution. In addition Some of the ARC Competitors can become Customers, Lets say in one of the third world county the study shows that Cellular communication may or may not produce the client base necessary to implement ground based communication ARC Can be deployed on a temporary base solution and instant revenue generated until a ground based system is implemented. so in short I don't believe that i'm naive, just well informed and I have not even begun talking about the Aircraft, and space division of plfm.
