Jeff: Several of the people on SI have in the past invested in USXP, including me. I got out when they did what I think I remember was a 70 to 1 reverse split last year. I hold two class of warrants on USXP in the dollar range(SEVERAL DOLLARS) that have a deadline (I forget when) The stock is now trading at about .55 . In one respect I am glad about the announcement since I wishfully am thinking that (maybe) USXP will finally do what I had hoped it would do last year. It would have to move up drasticaly for me to every realize a profit on it.

As far as connecting with RDIM it brings back a very unpleasant memory. VERY unpleasant. This memory I hope will change to some good thoughts. Rich
