I love catfish - to eat, that is. I have some nice catfish filets in the fridge, only $3.99/lb from Costco. Probably farm raised, but that's ok. I love the way they kinda melt in your mouth. I love fresh fish, I guess you can tell by what I posted about my father that I have been lucky enough to have had a lot of fresh fish in my life, all kinds, trout, sac-a-lait, red snapper, redfish, even fresh tuna. I like the little freshwater fish with too many bones, like bream.

I used to catch catfish off my grandmother's pier on the back bay in Biloxi, using a bobber, I remember they fought a lot, but I was just a kid.

OOooooooh, can you spell "walleye"? Nummies! That, and bass, is why people go to Canada! Taht and to have their first, uh, sweetie, if they happen to be 14 and lucky. Very lucky.
