To All (almost) Regarding all these on-going hourly arguments… This reminds me of those long ago days in grammar school and recess time where you go out on the field so you can spit, hit, give the finger, throw dirt clods, gang up, have the grand final very very last word then cover up your ears so you won't catch the other's retort, yadda yadda stuff. Sounds like we have some egos here that cannot survive without having the last word. Which is impossible, there is no such thing as having the last word here. And, no matter what you say here, the company still has to play out it's game plan. So for those of you who must constantly damn the other person (and I have been guilty of doing this too), please consider what this does to you internally, emotionally, spiritually the next time you are going to respond to another. What if… you just don't respond in anger (which is your fear showing), but just stick to business and let the other stuff go. You are all a great bunch of individuals, all of you. But I'm going to tell the principal on you next time. Ya ya, ya ya ya. Roger
