John, I am beginning to get the feeling that VLNC or its vendor will not make an announcement in March. I think the volume is speaking louder than we want to admit. Were there to be a program announcement soon this week or next wouldn't we be seeing the volume pickup? Lot's of people sitting on the sideline, sure. But those in the know would be buying. Our average volume has slipped from 300,000+ in December to 100,000+.
