ShortThinMan, Nice to see you on board with this one. I am curious to see if your conversation reflects the same information as mine. Cantwell did not seem to offer much information, but did answer my questions to seemingly the best of his ability. I inquired about the status of SEC filing. His response was that it was done. The filings are now in the hands of legal and that the exhibits were complete. In addition, I inquired about the sale of SJ. His response was that they were still considering the six interested parties, looking obviously for the best offer. I asked about future projects in the works. His response indicated that two or three new projects are on the horizon with some very recognizable names. Nothing currently has been 'inked' regarding these projects. Cantwell did say we could expect a press release on Tuesday 3-16-99. I was unable to confirm if this is related to the sale of SJ or the SEC filing. O PS. Hope we've got another MEME here.
