Here are some:
1.) Will obtaining the 922K financing involve diluting the stock? If not, what is the game plan for getting the needed financing?

2.) Does the company plan on being fully-reporting in the near future? If so, when? If not, why not?

3.) Would an investor, or potential investor, be allowed to visit the offices in Seattle just to check them out and report back to the thread? [Not saying I know of such a person, but I'd like to know his response to the possibility.]

4.) What are his (the President of CULE's) expectations for share price this year? [I realize this one is unscientific, but I'm curious.]
