Good Morning / Afternoon All! Just starting to catch up on the thread and saw this... what the hell takes so long to file financials...are they going to wait until the last month, i.e., November? When I talked to Mr. Chin in December at his offices, he indicated to me that he believes he gains a competitive advantage (with both competitors AND customers) by not filing at this point. I suspect that attitude has not changed in the past month... In my opinion, he will wait until as late as possible to make DGIV a reporting company. If this is true, the wait is not a factor of incompetence, but one of choice. Now, whether the choice is the right one is a completely different question... Lazarus
