Banditjir, warrants give you the right to buy stock at a predifined price. In this case $.35. They usually have an expiration date of 4/5 years. Some warrants are traded. You can buy and sell them. When warrants trigger, if stock price > exercise price*N where N might be %150 for a number of weeks, company can call back the warrants for nominal price, $.05 for example. In this case they would only be worth if stock price is > $.35 in May!! Maybe!! Archie
