for those that care, cmgi boughtr a minority stake in msgi yesterday, what is interesting is that wall sreet only knows it is a minority stake, i heard from someone close to the situation that cmgi will announce that they bought 20% of msgi in an 8k filed filed over the next few days, wall street will go nutsz for msgi once the amount of minority ownership is made clear

Just to add one other point. I am sure TSIG will require certain minimum standards to be met regarding advertising, etc. by independent distributors and more than likely all literature, websites, etc. will require prior company approval or be supplied with these materials by TSIG. TSIG, IMO, is going to build an image of being the best... in product, price and service and I am sure they will do everything possible to protect that image. And that same positive image will benefit the independent distributor as well... a synergistic relationship where everyone wins.
