actually i have been reading that saga for a while now...two wrongs do not make a right should be the title of this fight.... ref tokyo joe; i think that there will be a crack down on these so call email groups,that then use public boards to pass on their stock...i do see some very serious trouble coming for these individuals that have set up these kinds of operations...i can not see how you can not consider it looking at as anything else than a pump and dump...you distribute a stock pick to total strangers that have signed up for your group,then you dump it on a public thread for the result... no brainer-big trouble ahead in little china....(they might need to hunt up kurt russell for some help)
