If stock goes too high company forcess owners to exercise by saying
they will call back the warrants for nominal price.
Owners are notice time to exercise usually 30 days.

The warrants work like a CALL Option. It gives the holder the right to purchase stock from the company at a pre-defined price. In this case $.35

I would assume the warrants were given to the original investors as an extra incentive. Companies do this often for pp's. They sell units were a unit consists of 1 common share and 1 (or more) warrants.
