Rob,
As soon as the SEC approves the sending out of proxies for a vote on the merger, both DCI & Wavetech must send out the proxies with a 30-day advanced notice of the "special meeting" to all their shareholders. Hope this helps.

Although Brad is more eloquent than I, there is something to be said for brevity.

My answer would have been... Thirty days (plus printing and mailing) after the merger gods at the SEC approve the marriage of DCI and Wavetech.

I'll see you in Dayton, unless one of my kids decides to have one of their famous "let's invite 200 of our closest friends over for a party." In that case, I will defend the homestead.
