I assume everyone has seen this:

biz.yahoo.com

What does this mean to Telepanel? The IBM relationship has been one of the facts that everyone has looked to as a sign of promise for this company. This agreement seems to put that into question. I understand that this initially is going to focus on Europe, but can be extended beyond that if desired. I look at this as a setback to TLSIFs plans since it has certainly desired to be a player in Europe as well as North America. I would've thought that if IBM felt TLSIF was a worthy partner, then their relationship would've extended to Europe. Maybe it's not an issue since TLSIF has a partner in Europe (whose name escapes me) and that precluded them from extending the relationship with IBM (just a guess). However, as mentioned before, the Pricer/IBM relationship can be extended beyond Europe.

Does anybody have any thoughts on this? Has anyone called the company to see what their reaction is? Also, does anyone know where Pricer is traded and how to get quotes/info on them? I assume that they're public, but they don't appear to be listed in the US.

In searching for the silver lining in this black cloud, there was the quote from the IBM spokesperson that said the ESL industry is ready to take off. The question is whether Telepanel will be a significant, or even minor, player in that industry.
