Did somebody mention Russo, as in Russo Securities?

Let me show you guys how a little diversity adds to the content of the thread. I refer to me posting here...

In a nut shell, Russo, as in Patrick Russo, is Dirty.

Here's the skinny, Russo Securities is owned by three brothers -- Richard and Ferdinand being the other owners. The SEC just barred Patrick from trading securities for two years. Russo Securities has been fined $100,000 and Pat and his CFO have been fined $25,000 each. This decree came down March 2, 1999 from the SEC. This action took place because Russo failed to maintain minimum capital in his account. This has been under investigation by the SEC for several years. Which means, had Microphonics done its homework it would have know Russo was under investigation.

This may help Microphonics case in that it shows motive for Russo short selling MRPS stock. He needed the money to pay the fines, etc.

What Microphonics needs is a good securities lawyer to set things right.

Anyway, we don't need any Yahoos! running around like this #reply-8224058. I've said it once, I'll say it again, Joe, I've expected better from you. And that goes for the rest of you who only live for the up-tick.

Which reminds me, Dave what were you doing in that Hotel with that lap-top? To use your words, you said you were on your lap-top. You have taken on-line investing to news levels lusting after up-ticks. Shame on you! I can think of better things to do with my time. #reply-8223420.

One thing for sure, Those guys who lead the thread up, are just as good at leading it down. So why don't all you hypsters sit down an take a break, MRPS will do OK without your hysteria.

Oh, I forgot, here's that tidbit I promised those of you who can read...

Had, I not been out of town this week, you might of gotten it earlier.

But with everbody chasing the up-tick, you'll just bury it with meaningless hype so no one will see it. So what's the diff?
