Ruby, thanks but I don't understand what the business they are in is? Sounds like anyone with an Internet Connection could do the same thing. Maybe they aren't doing a good enough job of communicating just what the business is.

Oh Ruby - $423M is an awful lot of cash. and, after $100M (why that's only 20% of the issue proceeds), used to pay off OLD expenditures, that leaves $323M for the future.
Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.... or how did the Crash Test Dummies put it???? LOL, Don.
