As a victim of the company's alleged misinformation, my concern is that there is sufficient insurance to settle the suit. The fact that so many vultures joined the feast indicates to me that the suit is a lollypop. AND if it is covered by insurance, I don't care. Anyone know the insurance exposure?

However, there is an issue of whether ORB has credibility. I have owned, on and off, this company for over 5 years, and not made money on it. The information is that it has enormous potential in an increasingly important field, and has a huge and growing backlog. However, the source of the information is the same as the source of the earnings information.

I didn't sell (like a schmuck)when the barrage of PR's came out and when the earnings were restated. In fact (like a schmuck), I bought more. The basics seem intact, and the price seems very low. But my assessment is based upon info from you know who...

The next few days will, in my schmucky opinion or (IMSO), determine value. The stock seems to have all the bad news behind it, and there should be increased earnings next Q. Therefore, I remain positive and and wounded.
