I doubt that there is any kind of insurance for this kind of exposure. If proven true, this would fall into the willful misconduct category. Not insurable IMO.

You style yourself simultaneously as (1) a "victim" of the company's misinformation and (2) a continued buyer after the bad news was out and the price dropped.

You, at least, have no case and I trust that you will not accept your $42.12 share of the nuisance-value settlement that will be reached in May of 2000.
