I think that the only shareholder who takes the Phillips offer of $17 seriously is Philips. They own some shares, they are probably behind the shareholder lawsuit recommending taking the $17 offer. When we can get $19 on the open market, who else would take Phillips' $17 offer? What am I missing here?
