Hi,
While Amazon is a FANTASTIC stock it is not the ideal for AIM. I own Merck which I bought at a split adjusted $18. It just hardly ever goes down far enough to trigger buys. With Amazon on 6/2/98 (the date of the first split), you would gone from 375 shares to 88. Granted you cash reserve would have increased from 7500 to about 27000 but you would have been much better off to Buy and Hold.
If you are not using PCA it is actually easier to download histories from MSN Investor. If you are not using that site you're missing something. You have to first download a program (free) which tests your system to make sure you can use MSN Investor. Type in a stock or fund symbol. Get a chart for the period you desire. Then check off export data. In a couple of seconds you will spreadsheet with more data than you can possibly need.
Hope this helps
Bernie
