I seem to recall that Valueman does -- he'll have to speak for himself, of course, but I do know they have been the target of recent class actions. I can't provide a link, but it has been in Space News, and I'm sure a news machine such as yourself will have no problem-o finding info ;-) Mr A

It was a good short. If I recall right, the CEO, CFO, and General Counsel all sold shares(did the CFO sell all his shares???) in Nov./Dec. of last year and they warn on earnings and "accounting irregularities" a month or two later. Tsk Tsk. Restated earnings, etc. followed. Of course, the lawyers piled on that one. Multiple lawsuits filed. It's ugly. It will take some time to rebuild trust. Can't tell you anything about the business, but perception will guide the price for some time, not fundamentals.
