BAM: CMGI's market cap is over $9B company based on the share count in their report. Yahoo's number typically lags by a quarter. In this case it is close enough, but sometimes it can be way off.

I hope they'll split soon. Still don't know why they didn't. The need to increase number of authorized shares should not be an issues, as they can declare a split and ask to increase the share count the same time. Many companies did that.
