They have enough (without a vote) to do 2:1. They don't have enough, without a vote, to do 3:1.

However, they could do what EMC just did. Announce the board's intention to split the stock in May (for EMC) PENDING SHAREHOLDER APPROVAL for additional shares.

Numbers were based on my data feed.

It indicated 46.14mm shares outstanding, apparently not as of end-of-quarter.

Agree that CMGI could have just declared the split, but it's working the LCOS issue and apparently thought it awkward to jump the gun. Can't really blame them. Dust will settle soon. CMGI wouldn't want to maintain an unattractively high share price--too samart for that.

Still think 3:1 split will occur very soon.
