You go ahead and make your bet and laugh all you want. The fact is that there was nothing really announced today. The intention to file paperwork for a new thrift is hardly that big a deal. If you want a laugh, think about what they said about what was going to happen in Belize. Look at how those Government guaranteed loans evaporated after their releases. Always in the future with these guys. Always starting something, there are plenty of pictures of that, but nowhere is there a picture of their financial statements.
