I made a request for the business plan directly to Brian Harris, via their website, this is the response I received shortly after: Subject: Re: Business Plan Summary Date: Tue, 2 Feb 1999 19:53:18 -0800 From: "Brian Harris" <bharris@axionet.com> Dear Ms. Lee: Thank you for your email. We will be pleased to send you an updated summary. Could you kindly email us your physical address and a full due dilligence package will be couried to you as we complete matters related to the share exchange agreement. Since you are already an ISSM shareholder, I can tell you that we plan on completing the agreement and related matters as quickly as we can and get on with business. Once we have reached a point where certain board appointments are completed, we will be in a position to move forward with the reorganization plan for the company which will involve some new financing as you would expect. The majority of new funding will be directed toward the commercialization the telecommunications opportunities we have identified, however, as part of our negotiations with ISSM we did leave the door open to do something with the GAD subsidiary, which still could have some interesting possibilities. Again, thank you for your interest and we will keep in touch. That highlighted statement doesn't exactly enhance my confidence in the new management. I will send my request again in case they lost my info. So far I haven't seen anything that impresses me in a positive way. Stan, you're the best!
