They will come out in an orderly fashion, starting with the Snake River projects, in the Idaho/Oregon border region and eventually extend down the Columbia River. It will take many years to accomplish this, so new technologies and behaviors will need to develop concurrently. Len

Steven, Don't we have to address reduced per-capita consumption and EFFICIENCY of use of our energy and resources??.. the root of all our environmental problems.. Why replace??.. REDUCE Do we have to light up our neighborhoods with street lights, our houses with warning lights,.. Do we need electricity to cut a slice of bread.. Do we need NEON lights to tell us where the next gas station is..??? We have to be more self-reliant, confident of our abilities to take care of ourselves without the constant drain on our resouces.. The US consumes something like 25 percent of the resources with what 5 percent population// Seems out of whack to me.. the......Coug
