waltertx: If one looks at share price, FAMH does not appear to have suffered from the actions of "outside" shareholders and commentators, in fact it even may be a little better off, considering how low the stock price has been since last year. When you truly desire to wade into the issue of "actions" and "costs", be sure you're really ready. SI commentators, shareholders, and former shareholders are well known for "bayoneting the wounded on the battlefield"(kind of like auditors). It makes for an "all views presented, balanced discussion". I suppose its one of those local freedoms most like to practice, ...kind of like expecting a publicly held company to fully disclose material events, and conduct its business lawfully. It appears, as far back as 1997, Firamada deliberately and consciously used the SI thread, in several ways, to further its objectives of stock promotion. Unfortunately for thousands of investors, it also appears the expressed foundations for the "pumping" actions were just a "little" shaky. Almost any "reasonable man" (the type one might find in a court) would probably call those "actions" and "foundations" something a whole lot stronger, especially when the issues of responsibility, accountability, and knowledge are placed in front of the bench. Nevertheless, one could also consider when it comes to losses(costs), a few hundred, or even thousands, may have a much more "interesting" and "presentable" voice than one or two, or three. Keep drawing enough attention, and something else just may take notice, especially given the very, very detailed history available. You may want AA to join you, and he might or already be there beside you, but, based on the best information publicly available, I for one try to comprehend the potential, significant, personal exposures he may face. There are, apparently, some things a "C" corp. was never intended to shield company managements from. Good luck, and please remember to consider all facets and then "choose wisely". Best regards, Bob.
