Well, I would hope they would know what they are doing better than I, but it sure seems thin to me. I would not rely on them until I saw it was stable.

I'll guess SI has more T-3s and look at the problems that we get.

Perhaps the lone T-3 is for early test, but it takes quite some time for the telephone utility to toss in a spare.

There's another problem, no backup T? You put a pinprick into one of those things and it's "seeya later", if I recall correctly. The size of a T-1 is perhaps less than a dime in diameter. I cannot recall what the dimension is on a T-3.
